We do not act as your employer, payroll administrator, tax practitioner, or representative before SARS.
The customer remains fully responsible for statutory compliance, tax submissions, payroll calculations, and legal obligations.
2) Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when submitting details for payslip preparation.
We prepare documents strictly based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by you.
3) Payment Terms
Fees are charged per payslip as displayed on the website. Payment must be confirmed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.
4) Delivery
Payslips are delivered electronically (e.g., email or WhatsApp) after payment confirmation and verification of required information.
Delivery times may vary depending on workload and completeness of submitted information.
5) Corrections
If a formatting or preparation error occurs based on the information you provided, we will correct it at no additional cost.
Changes to details after preparation may be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
6) Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Due to the digital and custom nature of document preparation services, refunds may be limited once work has commenced.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraudulent intent, or illegal activity.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixonate Trading Enterprise CC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We do not guarantee acceptance of any document by third parties, financial institutions, landlords, or other organisations.
9) Intellectual Property
