Delivery & Access Policy

This Delivery & Access Policy explains how document preparation services and completed payslip documents are delivered by Fixonate Trading Enterprise CC.

1) What We Deliver

We deliver digitally prepared payslip documents based on the information you submit via our forms or communication channels.
Delivery is electronic only (no physical delivery).

2) Delivery Methods

Your completed payslip(s) may be delivered using one or more of the following methods:

  • Email to the address you provide
  • WhatsApp to the number you provide (if you request WhatsApp delivery)

3) Turnaround Time

Turnaround time depends on (a) payment confirmation, and (b) completeness and accuracy of the information you submit.
If additional details are required to prepare the document correctly, delivery may be delayed until the required information is received.

If you have a deadline, please mention it clearly when submitting your request. We will confirm if it can be met.

4) Payment Confirmation

In most cases, preparation and delivery begin after payment is confirmed.
If you use a payment provider, confirmation may take additional time depending on the provider’s processing.

5) What We Need From You

To prepare your payslip(s), you must provide accurate information, which may include (where applicable):

  • Your name and contact details
  • Employer / business name (if relevant)
  • Pay period (month/year)
  • Gross pay and agreed deductions (if any)
  • Net pay amount
  • Any additional details requested for correct formatting

We prepare documents using the details you supply. If information is incorrect or incomplete, the output may be affected.

6) Access Issues

If you do not receive your delivery, please check spam/junk folders (for email) or confirm the correct WhatsApp number/email address was provided.
If delivery fails, contact us and we will resend to the correct details after verification.

7) Corrections After Delivery

If a formatting or preparation error occurred due to our mistake (based on the information you submitted), we will correct and resend at no additional charge.

If you request changes because information was submitted incorrectly, changes may be treated as a new request and may incur additional fees.
